Disclosing your disability to an employer can help you keep your job and grow your career.
You’ve got the job! Congratulations! But have you ever wondered: “what are my rights as an employee? Do I get breaks? In this workshop, we’ll help you get through the start-up period of your new job.
Workplace Culture is a workshop about parts of your work that don’t include the job itself, such as attendance, punctuality, attitude, work ethic, boundaries, employer expectations, and getting along with your co-workers. There’s more to work than just the job itself, and this workshop will help you develop a stronger understanding of what it takes to keep your job!
