To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
  • A strong background in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative and motivation to deliver high value to all clients
  • The ability to work positively in a team environment

  • The ability to meet deadlines and objectives independently
  • The ability to independently research and acquire a broad knowledge of the industry and understanding of appropriate levels and rules set out by the governing bodies and the company
  • The skills that allow you to be meticulous in detail and follow-through
  • NCCP 2 designation or actively working towards


Preference will be given to candidates that also have the following:
  • Experience in coaching or participating in cheerleading and tumbling
  • ICU credentialing
As our new Coach, you will be a champion for providing a welcoming, nurturing, and positive place for our athletes to develop to their full potential. You will help grow Pegasus Cheer Athletics’ membership by providing high-quality skill instruction and fun fitness experiences.

Located in the rapidly growing city of Belleville, Ontario and just off the 401, Pegasus Cheer Athletics is a high-value athletic program for athletes ages three and up. Operating seven days a week, year-round, we provide all-star and recreational cheerleading, tumbling, and parkour classes to youth of all ages and abilities.
