- You can work harmoniously as a positive and high-performance team member in an inclusive work environment
- You have the ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving and Judgement Skills:
- You have the ability to review applications or related information for accuracy, completeness and compliance to relevant policy, procedure and legislation
- You have the ability to problem-solve when responding to non-routine issues and determine when to escalate
Computer Skills:
- You have excellent computer skills to prepare letters; access database to input; update; query information; create and maintain tracking spreadsheets; prepare e-mails
- You have demonstrated keyboarding skills and knowledge of data entry procedures;
- You are proficient with word processing and database software

These are contract/temporary positions up to 6 months with the possibility of extension
