Washing of all wares including pots, pans, flatware & glasses by hand or using dishwasher.
Correctly placing & storing clean equipment, dishes & utensils in assigned storage areas.
Responsible for cleaning & disinfecting assigned dishwashing area.
Assisting line cooks with cleaning of kitchen and garbage disposal.
May be required to assist in certain tasks regarding food preparation adhering to strict food handling guidelines.
