Position Requirements
Employee Responsibilities
1. Providing end-of-day reports via email
2. Take responsibility for all assigned tickets
3. Respond, follow-up and act within the service standards
4. Gather appropriate information and defines the severity level
5. Update tickets are every point of contact
6. Triage every support inquiry prior to escalation, and escalates where required
7. Open to continuous learning
8. Strive for an 80% or higher First Contact Resolution
9. Creates master tickets for site outages and lists the impacted customers in the ticket
10. Informs departments and supervisors as required of tickets, updates and outages
