• Positive, strong, responsible & eager to learn
• Have own transportation to/from work sites within the PEC/Quinte region
• Cellular phone for time entry (clock in/out)
• Knowledge & experience with construction tools, practices & procedures is an asset but not essential to the position as we will train
• Assisting members of our team/sub-contractors in different areas of new construction & renovations
• Cleaning work areas, machines, or equipment, to maintain a clean and safe job site
• Provide assistance to workers including sub-trades if required
• Lift, push, pull or carry objects, and perform material handling and storage
• Lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor, sometimes under adverse conditions
• Apply paint, cleaning solutions or other compounds
• Load and unloads trucks, and haul and hoist materials
• Assist all other crew members with work related tasks
• Ensure work areas are clean and tools and equipment are returned
• Perform daily duties scheduled by site foreman
• Can work independently & effectively in a team environment
• Assists with set up and break down of equipment as required
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management
