- Clear criminal record check including vulnerable sector check as well as TB screening is required
- Be flexible for cross training in other departments if interested in extra shifts

Position Requirements
Responsibilities
- Ability to read, write and understand verbal and written instructions and manuals
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Receiving deliveries in a long- term care facility (e.g., grocery order)
- General housekeeping duties in the residence and common areas
- Cleaning carpets/ floors/ bathrooms
- Using cleaning / disinfecting / sanitizing agents, and following specific procedures,
- Perform tasks such as: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sanitizing / disinfecting floors; spot cleaning walls, windows, and doors, dusting, emptying wastebaskets
- Extra hours may be available through call-ins
- Applicant must be unemployed or working less than I believe 30 hours a week
