Duties:

• Ensure you have enough packing material and the proper equipment to complete the job, i.e. tools
• Only new or clean used cartons should be utilized.  If used, ensure all previous tags and markings are removed
• If you are going to arrive late to residence you must contact the customer or ask your office to call for you
• If performing a pre-pack do not pack any essentials or items that would prevent the customer from eating or sleeping in their home
• If you will need to be in the home past 8:30pm please get approval from customer.
• All non-admissible items should be brought to the customer’s attention and not packed
• Use of Loss/Damage Packed Items form is mandatory
• All packing related debris and un-used cartons must be removed from residence
• Customer and lead packer are required to sign Pack/Unpack Addendum of Additional services to show completion of pack and do a final check that all packing is complete
