Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant social services field
• Successful completion of a CPIC including Vulnerable Sector Check
• A valid driver’s licence, access to a vehicle and travel throughout H&PE
• Two years of case management experience and a proven track record supporting youth
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Dynamic and motivating workshop delivery skills
• Confident and warm interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with program participants and community partners
• An ability to motivate, engage and inspire participants towards programmatic success
• Competence with necessary computer applications, including Microsoft Office 360, Zoom and others
• An understanding of the impact of systemic gender inequity on youth with multiple barriers to success
