Responsibilities:

• Work up to 6 days per week (as required)
• Fill out daily log books
• Plan/manage loading and unloading trucks in AM/PM of materials, tools and equipment required to complete daily projects
• Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas
• Foreman must be able to manage crews of 1 to 3 people
• Supervise/delegate the work of crew members to ensure proper safety, productivity, and quality

Strong knowledge and Experience of the following:

• Experience with all aspects of landscape construction installation such as building fences, decks, installing retaining walls, patios, and pools
• Cart and spread topsoil, gravel, stone and other materials, carry and lay sod, plant flowers, shrubs and trees
• Able to understand elevations and grades and operate laser level
• Operate and use various landscape vehicles and equipment, such as dump trucks, trailers, floating equipment, excavators, stone saws, and plate tampers

We are looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman to join our Landscape team. We are looking for a team member who is first and foremost hard working, has good work ethics, and works well in a team setting. A valid AZ driver’s license and clean G driver’s license are required. Experience with associated machines is essential. Sufficient knowledge and experience of general construction of hard and softscape landscapes, building fences and decks, installation methods of stone walkways, patios, and retaining walls, pool installation, finishing of installing sod and plantings.  The pay rate will depend on the level of experience the candidate has in terms of installation knowledge, communication ability, and leadership qualities.
