Education/Training/Certifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may qualify)
- Prior janitorial experience preferred
- Self-motivated with good people skills
- A valid Ontario driver’s licence is required
- A vulnerable sector police check, at your expense, is required and must be successfully completed before employment can be offered or started
Position Requirements
Duties will consist of :
- Cleaning dormitories, change rooms, classrooms, and washroom facilities
- Washing and waxing floors, as well as other housekeeping duties in areas assigned
- Responsibilities will also include security of buildings as well as special event coverage
- Be responsible for the upkeep of the appearance of the school and any other duties requested by the Facilities and Operations Manager
Type of Job: Full Time,
Hourly Wage/Salary: Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications
Hours: Full-time hours
