Education/Training/Certifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may qualify)
  • Prior janitorial experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with good people skills
  • A valid Ontario driver’s licence is required
  • A vulnerable sector police check, at your expense, is required and must be successfully completed before employment can be offered or started

Position Requirements

Duties will consist of :

  • Cleaning dormitories, change rooms, classrooms, and washroom facilities
  • Washing and waxing floors, as well as other housekeeping duties in areas assigned
  • Responsibilities will also include security of buildings as well as special event coverage
  • Be responsible for the upkeep of the appearance of the school and any other duties requested by the Facilities and Operations Manager

Type of Job: Full Time,

Hourly Wage/Salary: Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications

Hours: Full-time hours
