Qualifications
- This is an entry-level position and work experience would be an asset – New graduates welcome
- Fully vaccinated from Covid-19 to comply with our vaccination policy.
- Steel-toed safety boots
- Minimum age – 16 years
Communication:
- Work and interact with other team members
- Very good communication & interpersonal skills
- Adhere to EMS-Tech Inc.’s confidentiality and intellectual property agreements and policies
Physical Conditions/Demands:
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Normal handyman conditions with a lot of standing and walking. Lifting of objects is limited to a maximum weight of 50 lbs. ( 23 kg.)
- Adhere to EMS-Tech safety practices at all times

Position Requirements
The successful applicant will work assisting in our Research & Development lab and general property/building maintenance.
Start Date:Â Immediate. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
End Date: Â September 2, 2022 (subject to extension if necessary)
Position Duties:
- Provide physical labour support in the R & D lab
- Perform building maintenance tasks as assigned. e.g. moving furniture, outdoor work, odd jobs, etc.
- Punctual and reliable
- Other duties as assigned
Type of Job: On call / casual, Part-Time,
Hourly Wage/Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week
