Requirements :
The successful candidate will eventually be involved in all aspects of the kitchen refacing program with
appropriate orientation and training activities.
• Education in Carpentry and Renovation, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on skills – power tools, measurement and construction planning techniques
• Customer skills – work within customer homes and provide appropriate communication
• Driver’s license and suitable vehicle to travel within the wider Quinte area
• Successful pass on the Home Depot certified background check

Depot kitchen refacing program. This program at Home Depot is known as Renuit Kitchen Restyling
(www.renuit.com) and has a prominent presence and established reputation for transforming existing
kitchens to new and updated styles.
• Recreate kitchen cabinets by transforming existing colours using modern new colours and styles
• Installation of new cabinet doors and drawer fronts
• Expand kitchen storage by installing new cabinets, kitchen islands and pantries
• Modify existing cabinets to transform existing kitchen layouts
• Improve kitchen functionality by constructing new drawers
• Install new kitchen accessories
• Install new countertops
