The Prince Edward County Community Care for Seniors Association is accepting applications for the part-time (4 days/week) contract position of Team Support. The employee will meet the public, clients and volunteers, implement policy, assist with the operational procedures of the office and support the team to live Community Care’s Vision: The freedom and dignity of choice; the comfort of home; a passion for volunteers. The office of The Prince Edward County Community Care for Seniors Association is located in Picton, Ontario.

Experience:

• Minimum of two years of related office management/administration experience
• Ability to demonstrate an appropriate combination of professional and technical skills
• Relevant operational experience and communication skills
• Computer training and experience with spreadsheets, database and word processing
• Experience as a volunteer and/or working with volunteers
• Experience and confidence working in an environment with a multiplicity of subject material, deadlines and issues
• A complete understanding of confidentiality
