This position is perfect for a retired individual who is looking for part-time work.  The successful applicant will assist in our Research & Development lab and general property/building maintenance.

Position Duties:

• Provide physical labour support in the R & D lab.
• Perform building maintenance tasks as assigned.  e.g. moving furniture, outdoor work, odd jobs, etc.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Other duties as assigned.

Communication:

• Work and interact with other team members.
• Very good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to EMS-Tech Inc.’s confidentiality and intellectual property agreements and policies.

Physical Conditions/Demands:

• Physical stamina and dexterity.
• Normal handyman conditions with a lot of standing and walking.  Lifting of objects is limited to a maximum weight of 50 lbs. ( 23 kg.)
• Adhere to EMS-Tech safety practices at all times.

Schedule: Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. & 6 p.m. excluding Statutory holidays.
