Ensure that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience Assist customers to purchase environmentally friendly products Encourage the reduction of plastics with reusable containers

Responsibilities: 

• Greet and talk with customers
• Help customers with the product selection and refill containers Know about products for sale and promote sale of items
• Use debit and credit card machine and weigh scale Create environmentally friendly products for sale
• Keep the Refill Station clean, clutter free, stock shelves, and report any issues to Job Coach Report hours worked, keep notes in log and be on time
• Maintain good hygiene; wear approved clothing (Refill Station t-shirt and black pants in good condition) Promote Refill station in the community

Abilities:

• Math skills using calculator Use Square –point of sales
• Read product list – with aid of pictures Work well in a team
• Help customers to be environmentally aware Be professional and polite
• Keep confidentiality
• Work flexible hours; fill in for coworkers as needed Can lift heavy containers (with assistance)
• Take direction from a Job Coach
