Position #1 – Community Service Worker

•  Provide support to explore and promote a variety of communication methods and
  interaction (utilizing technology verbal, pictures, gestures and augmentative) to promote
  socially valued roles – support all ages
• Support individuals with disabilities to engage in virtual and in person social, recreation,
  volunteer opportunities, and employment opportunities
• Take a leadership role assisting with individual skill development – daily living skills
• Work with the agency teams and partners in the community promoting partnerships

Position # 2 – Administrative Assistant

• Answer telephone, electronic inquiries and relay messages
• Compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
• Provide assistance to support staff and leadership team
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
• Assist departments with filing, organizing, scanning and photocopying
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail
• Data entry, brochure creation, publications, run reports

Position # 3 – Business Development Officer

• Conduct research on a local level to assess development potential of a social enterprise
• Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of retail
  consumers
• Design market research questionnaires
• Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to attract venture capital
• Develop a Proposal and provide advice on procedures and requirements for government
  approvals
• Prepare reports – Plans to present to Board of Directors
• Plan and develop E-commerce strategies
• Provide planning and starting of the new social enterprise
• Participation in the setup, hiring and initial operation of the enterprise
