Under the same ownership since 1988, our company is preparing to implement a significant growth strategy and is looking for an Administrative Specialist – IT Division to join our team.
This role will be based out of our Belleville location. This position is full-time and permanent.

The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administration role in a fast-paced environment; experience within the technology industry considered an asset
- Post-Secondary education, preferably in the Administration field or related
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Exceptional customer service and communication that is professional, friendly, and reliable
- The ability to be well-organized, self-motivated, and self-managed, with superior attention to detail and accuracy amidst deadlines
- The ability to work independently, make decisions, take initiative, adapt processes, and problem solve as needed
- The drive and aspiration to learn new systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Position Requirements
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving incoming service calls/emails for urgency and accuracy and routing them to the correct individual or team, including placing outgoing calls as required
- Working with our Sales team to ensure orders are correctly configured and placed with suppliers
- Following up daily on customer orders with Vendors, advising if there are issues sourcing items and updating system notes
- Collaborating with our Service team to ensure client service requests are responded to promptly and billed correctly
- Working alongside the Shipping Coordinator to ensure that deliveries are made in a timely manner for customer installs
- Registering warranties, and facilitating the return of parts as required
- Performing general office duties and providing administrative support including but not limited to ordering, receiving, and invoicing
- Assisting with the administration of ongoing programs and projects, including special projects as required
- Other duties as required and assigned
