Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and offer excellent customer service
• Sell parts to customers over the retail counter, through the sales and/or service departments, and over the phone or by email
• Help create an exceptional customer experience by making the parts purchase experience as pleasant as possible for the customer
• Identify the correct parts for retail, wholesale, and internal clients
• Provide accurate price quotes and other related parts information
• Work directly with the service department to ensure parts are available for completion of work orders
• Answer phone and email inquiries
• Invoice and collect payment from customers
• Handle and resolve customer complaints tactfully, promptly and with genuine concern for the customers problem
• Review files to keep track of back ordered items
•  Assist with department organization and cleaning
