Do you have a keen eye for details? Do you love helping others keep things organized  and clean? This position is for you! We are seeking a team member who handles all of our cleaning and (light) maintenance needs. The ideal candidate would be available to clean our 2-story centre 4-6 hours each week all at once or broken down into shorter segments of time. Duties include:

• Provide complete janitorial services by dusting, mopping and sweeping floors and surfaces, clean and disinfect all surfaces including door knobs and light switches, dust trim, baseboards and blinds, clean bathrooms and kitchen
• Collect and dispose of waste
• Dust high and difficult to reach areas
• Light general maintenance (i.e. changing lightbulbs)
• Cleaning windows
• Carpet Cleaning
• Lifting and moving furniture  for the purpose of completing cleaning and floor maintenance

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Stand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shift
• Able to bend, stretch, lift, pull and carry, climb stairs 20+ stairs
• Climb ladder to access difficult to reach heights

Must be available early mornings, evenings or weekends to clean the Centre when we are not open for services.
