Youth Habilitation Quinte Inc.’s Muskoka-Kawarthas Employment Services Program, known as Career Edge, requires a Client Success Specialist to provide services in its Campbellford location starting March 6^th, 2023 covering a maternity leave until January 19^th, 2024.

Who You Are
As a Client Success Specialist, you are a part of our Employment Services team and your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to guiding your clients to successful outcomes including employment, training, education and/or entrepreneurship. While assisting clients through the intake process and determining their needs, you will communicate in an open, helpful and engaging tone with a focus on empowering each client through the job search process.

You enjoy working with people, are organized, and can work effectively with a variety of software programs. This role will have you managing a caseload of clients, acting as an advocate for those clients, working collaboratively across all of our departments, completing data entry, following Ministry guidelines and referring clients to community supports and services.
