Position Requirements
In this role, you will provide a local point of contact for employers and community partners. This role will have you working with employers to match and place clients, including Persons with Disabilities. You will mediate and advocate on behalf of clients with disabilities by demonstrating the business value of hiring persons with disabilities.
Skills We’re Looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Effective time management skills to meet timelines and targets by prioritizing tasks
- Knowledge of the local labour market, community resources, and labour legislation
- Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, EOIS-CaMs, Email, Databases)
Type of Job: Full Time,
Hourly Wage/Salary: $19 Per hour
Hours: 35 Hours per week
