Education/Training/Certifications

  • Previous experience in renovations and / or construction preferred.

Position Requirements

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable and responsible, ability to work well within a small crew.
  • Physically fit, able to do digging, lifting, etc. for extended periods.

Duties:

  • Renovation work including demolition, digging for foundation work, replacing windows, painting, etc.
  • Yard work and waste clean-up are regular part of the job.
