• The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, experience in crisis intervention, strong computer skills, the ability to work well with others, and knowledge of local community resources.
• Responsibilities include providing ongoing support to find and maintain housing, case management and life skills programming, such as budgeting, household management and connection to existing supports within their communities.

Youth Habilitation Quinte Inc. requires a Housing Support Worker to provide supports and programming to 16 and 17 year old youth who are involved with the local Children’s Aid Society. This is a permanent position, 28 to 35 hours per week, commencing as soon as possible. The office will be based in Belleville and the position will service Hastings, Prince Edward, and Northumberland Counties.
