Key Skills and Competencies:

• Reading/writing English is mandatory, Spanish is a definite asset
• Should have inside or outside sales experience preferably in a manufacturing or industrial wholesale distribution environment
• Experience preparing Export shipping documentation is essential
• Proficiency with the following computer software: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Mid-level ERP (Sage EM/X3 or equivalent) software knowledge preferred
• Must quickly adapt to learning new software
• Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously with the capacity to work independently, coupled with the ability to plan and perform work with minimal direction or supervision
• Excellent problem solving and resolution skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills including time and priority management
•  Must be detail oriented
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven demonstration of effective and efficient interfacing with all levels of employees
• Must demonstrate a proven ability to coordinate, direct and maintain highly confidential work and material
• AutoCAD experience is an asset
• Flexible and willing to work additional hours in order to complete special projects
