This position assists the course development team to develop online learning modules by reviewing videos and narrated presentations prior to final editing. This position monitors question forums daily to identify, troubleshoot, and address technical or administrative support issues with using course delivery software. This position also participates in the quality assurance process by ensuring that course materials use the appropriate template, performing hyperlink integrity checks,
What you will do
- Assists the course development team to develop online learning modules by reviewing videos and narrated presentations prior to final editing.
- Monitors question forums daily to identify, troubleshoot, and address technical or administrative support issues with using course delivery software.
- Participates in the quality assurance process by ensuring that course materials use the appropriate template, performing hyperlink integrity checks, confirming the content of video transcripts, and confirming logic information chunking.
- Updates content for online courses within the LMS.
- Updates content on webpages.
- Creates, edits, and uploads recorded media products to virtual classroom environments.
- Creates and maintains documentation for the operation of learning management software and tools as required.
- Other duties as required in support of the department and/or unit.
