Entry-level and experienced positions are available for precision assembly technicians. This position will have the responsibility to ensure that the finished product is assembled to drawing specifications.

The new plant in Foxboro, Ontario has room for you to grow your skills and learn the interesting world of manufacturing, machining, and quality products built here in Canada. We employ licensed machinists, CNC programmers, detailing technicians, quality control lab personnel and other support staff throughout the facility.

Education/Skills

• Grade 12 or equivalent and any post-secondary school training in manufacturing, metalworking, machining, tool and die, drafting or similar is an asset
• Basic math and science knowledge
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment working with machining equipment or assembly equipment is an asset
• Hobbies that include attention to detail and fine dexterity is an asset
• Team orientated and dependable with reliable transportation
• Be able to stand, walk, bend and lift 30 lbs
• Good housekeeping and organizational skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Dexterity to work with fine/detailed equipment and product
• Enjoys learning and being challenged
• Experience with micrometers, vernier calipers, magnification inspection and other measuring instruments is an asset
• Experience reading blueprints and drawings is an asset
• Mandatory criminal background check
• Must be a Canadian citizen
• Interested in long term career commitment
• English language required
