- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Answer enquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers’ accounts
- Microsoft Office software knowledge; Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail
- Be physically fit. Lifting up to 30 pounds
- Clean display areas, shelves and sales floor
- Receive, unpack and assemble merchandise
- Assist in moving lighting and accessory display to merchandise new products
- Answer phone, take messages and customer care
- Team player
- Cheerful friendly disposition
- Problem solving skills
