Job Duties:

• Assemble metal components into industrial air handling equipment
• Fabricate metal and fibre insulation wall panel systems
• Follow design drawings to rivet/screw/weld together parts into larger components
• Operate overhead cranes, scissor lifts and work at heights
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

 Skills & Experience

•  Mechanically inclined(auto repair or maintenance type of skills)
• Welding experience considered an asset
• Commitment to quality and safety
• Able to adhere to all safety policies and promote safe work practices
• Work effectively in a team setting
• Quick learner and able to listen and follow directions
• Able to read and interpret design drawings or blueprints
• Has basic numeracy skills and able to perform basic imperial system math
• Experience using cordless or pneumatic hand tools
• Experience with metal fabrication considered an asset
• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labour.
• Maintain a quick and steady pace throughout your work shift
• Communication, both verbal and written

Shifts:

• Rotating early morning and afternoon shifts
