Position Requirements
The Team Lead provides leadership toward the achievement of manufacturing goals in safety, quality, production and efficiency. Must be able to set up and provide supervision of all lines
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The regularly assigned duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Follow all Company policies and adhere to relevant legislation, i.e. Occupation Health & Safety Act (OHSA), Employment Standards Act (ESA), etc.
- Enforce all safety rules and proactively recognize and report unsafe working conditions
- Adhere to attendance guidelines
- Supervises multiple operators, running multiple lines while ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency and output
- Able & willing to support all department and leadership goals in order to meet company objectives
- Read, interpret & understand all production related reports and set up all orders within specifications
- Supervision and training of multiple staff
- Troubleshoot all assigned equipment and products assigned
- Fill in as needed any duties as assigned
Type of Job: Permanent Full-Time,
Hourly Wage/Salary: $22.75 to $31.00 per hour
